I was just going to put a link to this site on here because they put a link to mine on theirs (yes, I am that easily bought), but having taken time out to read the site, there's a lot more to it than selling 'E' testing kits.

Take a close look at the Drug Info pages which, writing about the 'dangers' of ecstasy and other club drugs under the slogan of "Just Say Know!", are giving us the information to take them all safely. If knowledge was ever empowering, this is another of those sites which does just that.

Not all drugs are covered, but for the rest just take a look at The Vaults of Erowid...
