C/ Archiduque Luis Salvador, Figueretes, Ibiza, Spain The Cenit gets a special mention for the friendliness of the staff - during 2002 and 2003 I worked closely with all the staff at the Cenit - and also for being the place where Danko was staying when I met him in October 2002! I finally stayed there for the first time in 2003 - we had empty rooms at the hotel, and it seemed rude not to check myself in! This is when I found out for myself why everyone wants to stay there. Aside from the fantastic staff, the rooms are clean and bright, the location's perfect for both Figueretes and Ibiza Town, and the views are to die for! Possibly the only place in Figueretes worth staying at. And if you can't get one of the apartments, book a hotel room and pay a supplement for a fridge... It'll be all you need for a prefect club holiday, though you might need to buy a fan if Ibiza ever has a repeat of the 2003 heatwave! Book early if you're going, as peak-season accommodation goes quickly.
