C/ de La Virgen 32, Ibiza 07800, Spain Yes, this did use to be the infamous GC Bar, but the shackles and chains are long gone, as after almost two years sitting empty, the bar has become the rather stunningly decorated Co-Fusion. The name, I'm reliably told, is short for Container Fusion, which leaves me none the wiser, but this one of the few bars in Calle de La Virgen to make you stop, grab a drink, and admire the interior rather than just the bar staff! I've not been in yet this year, so I can't tell you who's working there, but if they can keep the place looking this good, I'll take you for a drink myself! Check it out, the cave at the back is one of the most exotic places on the island. And if you think the picture doesn't do the bar justice, it's because it's a picture of a different bar. Gissa chance!
